Investhotel is the division that is born as a spin-off from Necci Hotels.

 

Our organization has been engaged in hotel consultancy for years, where over the years it has mainly dealt with restructuring plans and business reorganizations.

 

Reorganizing a hotel structure means first of all modifying its processes, reorganizing the workforce, spreading a new sense of belonging, and identifying achievable and shared objectives.

 

The recovery is a direct consequence of this strategy.

 

During the various consultancy experiences, we have come into contact with a multitude of counterparts, from the world of credit to the world of investors, often subjects with whom we must collaborate for recovery plans.
